Due to the sensitive nature of service provided by PETLIFE the following has been comprised by this company to ensure for the protection of our clients as well as PETLIFE LLC.  PETLIFE LLC is dedicated to the wellbeing of animals and will do everything within power to assure that the mistreatment,abuse,neglect and the cruelty of animals is not tolerated and will assist any authority in the apprehension and or prosecution of any persons involved in any of the for mentioned.  The following is a list of some circumstances’ that PETLIFE LLC reserves the rights not to payout:

BEING IN ROADS OR HIGHWAYS (INCLUDES BRIDGES) RESULTING IN DEATH
ALL TYPES OF POSIONING RESULTING IN DEATH
ALL TYPES OF STRANGULATION RESULTING IN DEATH
LACK OF MEDICAL ATTENTION RESULTING IN DEATH
ALL TYPES OF MALNUTRITION RESULTING IN DEATH
ALL TYPES OF DEHYDRATION RESULTING IN DEATH
ALL TYPES OF FIGHTING RESULTING IN DEATH
ALL TYPES OF BEATING RESULTING IN DEATH
ALL TYPES OF GUN SHOT RESULTING IN DEATH
ALL TYPES OF DROWNING RESULTING IN DEATH
ALL TYPES OF ARROWS RESULTING IN DEATH
ALL TYPES OF ELECTRIC SHOCK RESULTING IN DEATH
ALL TYPES OF DOCUMENTED ABUSE
ALL TYPES OF DOCUMENTED CRUELTY
ALL TYPES OF DOCUMENTED NEGLECT
ALL TYPES OF WILDERNESS AND MOUNTAIN RELATED DEATHS
ALL TYPES OF ROOFTOP RELATED DEATHS
PARASHUTE DEATHS
ALL TYPES OF OVERDOSES RESULTING IN DEATH
DEATH CAUSED BY FLARES, FIREWORKS, EXPLOSIVES, ECT.

By signing, I agree that in the event of my pets’ untimely death due to one or more of the above mentioned causes, I understand my contract with PETLIFE may be void and any previous premiums paid to PETLIFE will not be refunded.
